Congratulations to Emily who was voted one of March's Team Members of the Month! Emily has been a part of the Grandville team since the very beginning: the restaurant opened a year ago this week! Since then, she has gone above and beyond her hostess duties to help out wherever she can, even with cleaning jobs!
"She is just a ray of sunshine!" exclaims Christina, Grandville's General Manager. "Everyone is always so excited to see her in the morning." Christina also compliments Emily by saying she has the perfect "Anna's attitude" because of her hard work ethic, energetic smiles, and ability to handle any situation with grace.
Emily says her favorite part about working at Anna's House is working with all of the employees there and how close they all are! Congratulations, Emily, and thank you for all of your hard work!
Congratulations to Bea who was voted one of March's Team Members of the Month! Bea has been a valuable part of the Beltline team since November of 2014. She works in our kitchen as a panini cook, line cook, dishwasher, AND prep cook! As you can tell by all of her job titles, Bea is very dedicated to working hard and helping out wherever she can.
Kiaira, Beltline's Assistant Manager, says Bea is a very strong employee because she is so multi-talented! She's able to step in to almost every role and excel at it! When asked which job she likes having most, Bea says she likes all of them and can't choose a favorite! But when asked what she likes to eat most after a long day of working, Bea and her coworkers laugh hysterically. She beams and exclaims, "Tacos!"
Congratulations Bea and thank you for everything you do which is A LOT! We are so happy to have you on our team!!!
Congratulations to Jennie who was voted one of March's Team Members of the Month! Jennie started working at our Plainfield location as a host a year ago in April. Karen, Plainfield's manager, said that when Jennie started, she was very quiet as it was her first job. "It was a learning experience that she had to start from ground zero," Karen explained. She went on to say that Jennie improved quickly and went from needing direction to taking on jobs without being asked! Her skill set has increased to making specialty coffee drinks and fresh squeezed orange juice, always with a polite and friendly demeanor. "(She) is blossoming into a wonderful young lady," admires Karen.
Congratulations, Jennie and thank you for all of your hard work! Your strong initiation, quick learning, and ability to grow in your job are very impressive qualities! We are very lucky to have you on our Anna's House team!
